The first note of true love

Lord, Your cross is where,

I heard the first note of true love.

At the cross of Calvary,

where you bore my sin and grieve

and purchased me: the slave of sin.

The lamb of God, slain for my sin

Became a sin offering to pour His life-

abundantly onto me.

Oh!This love overflows my heart

or I never can contain the depth:

Where you the Son of God,

In all your Majesty

ever thought to save me,

just a bit of dust on the face of earth…

In all your love and power-

you found me precious and redeemable

and brought your magnificent plans

come together in my life

and gave me this precious gift of salvation,

altogether free.

 

I was so much in need of you – Lord,

bonded, rejected,withdrawn…

crushed in my pew of darkness

far from your grace and mercy

I am glad you saw me there ,

in the darkest hour of my life

with your eyes full of compassion.

and held me so close to your heart,

engraved me on the palm of your hands;

like no one ever had,JESUS…

 

Your love have set me free:

When your note of love reached my ears,

they got open

the living water rushed to my soul.

As I saw your crucified image

my vision changed for ever.

I can perceive your love

now all through this nature.

Your love clothed me in honor and

your words added wisdom.

 

If ever I declined  in my love for you

restitute my soul

to the first note of your love.

Salvation- ticket from Jesus.

 Acts 4:11,12 “It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. He is the stone you builders rejected,  which has become the capstone.Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”

  The ultimate question in life where to find salvation?Many have sought answer to this by their intellect others tried through their own righteousness but failed without justification as they stumbled upon the cross. If you are in search of a reason to live,if you are unable to understand the eternal life or eternal hell, if you are unable to recognize the love of God in your life or in search of truth please try to stop and rethink about the plan of salvation,that God has already fulfilled for you.The truth of Jesus Christ can set you free from the bondage of sin to which we are tied up since age unknown. God gave the name of  Jesus to us as a ticket to heaven. If you  hold onto that name with an intangible faith believing that Jesus is the only way to salvation; you are set free from the label of a sinner and is now made a new creation and also is adopted to the family of Jesus. Bible clearly talks to us,except for Jesus, there is no person  or name that can save us from sin to which we are enslaved from birth. Today have you received the salvation God have foreseen for you?Do not stumble on the cornerstone God laid for us who is none other than Jesus.

         Salvation  is the redemption of man, from the bondage of sin and liability to eternal death, and the conferring on him of everlasting happiness. It is the saving grace of God the Father through his son JESUS CHRIST.

A song from the valley…

A valley dark and deep ,

never seen before.

I lift my hands to you,

I cant be alone .

Journey …through this narrow lane is of pain,

full of mystery.

When I am in this valley

I seek for you, more and more

more and more…

This valley makes me dry

takes my whole courage,

It is of deep agony…

No one likes in there

not prepared to pause,

IMPOSSIBLE to turn around.

Don’t know the depth of it

and can’t come out alone…

OH FATHER…. I CLING TO YOU.

take me to the shore.

Please do not leave me alone.

He answered me in His Majesty

“HERE I AM so close to you;

I shall be your guide-

your soul shall not dismay.

My light shall rise for you in obscurity

and my bread will satisfy  your souls drought.”

Diligently I sought him for an answer;

“ when will my night  turn into noon?

and it echoed in my soul

“ it will be way quick .”

Just as I was reminded of His grace

enormous before me to handle,

I confronted to him my last piece of puzzle

Where am I in this valley?

I am unaware of my position;

Did I just enter or am I nearing the exit?

I am unable to see the depth:

nor could I see the end of my way.

His consoling words ringed in my ears,

“Do you really need to worry about that-

when its my strength that prevails you

till the very end of this journey?

Nothing can endanger you,

when you are nestled by my spirit.

And he assured me one thing

I won’t be put  back in my old habitat

when I come out victorious -

from that dreadful valley,

but will be like a well-watered garden,

like a spring whose waters never fail…

Its grace alone…

Its grace alone, that

saved a wreck like me.

Your grace alone God ,

made me your child.

In times gone by ,i was lost

consumed by the desires of this world .

I wandered in delusion;

way far from you, Father.

I was never able to look to your face -

as i was ashamed of myself.

I was desperate in need of help,

to overcome my distress.

But could not find it anywhere-

and vanity grew within me.

Nothing in the world  satisfied,

my quench for a stable mind. 

Solitude became my friend,

I lost my future vision-

my nights turned out to be sleepless.

Then i heard , there is someone

who can heal and restore me.

From the roots of David he came;

He is the  lamb who  was slain.

The King of Kings and Lord of Lords,

with justice he judges and makes war.

His eyes are like blazing fire,

and on his head are many crowns.

His name was Jesus.

I called upon him,

and he came close to me.

I  poured my heart out,

and he listened carefully .

He called me by my name,

and told me not to fear.

He took my burdens away-

wiped all my tears,

took my emptiness-

and filled me with joy and peace.

And gave me a gift,

the gift of salvation.

He said from now on

I will dwell in your heart, my child.

My heart was filled with peace ,

which nothing in this world could ever give.

I rejoice in you Jesus,

for you are my redeemer.
